Task 1: Sau hai tuần học ở "Trung tâm Tiếng Anh cho ngày nay”, em thấy rằng mọi thứ tệ hơn những gì đã quảng cáo. Một người bạn cùa em muốn biết về trung tâm này, em hãy cho bạn ấy biết các sự việc ấy.

Theo cặp, em hãy hoàn chinh bài đối thoại sau.

A: Are you happy with your study at English for Today Centre?

B: No, (1) I’m not happy with it at all.

A: Are all the teachers native speakers?

B: No, (2) not all of them are native speakers.

A: The advertisement says there are no more than 20 students in a class. Is that true?

B: No, (3) that’s not true. My class has over 30 students.

A: Do you get free books and cassette tapes?

B: No, (4) I don’t. I have to pay for them.

A: What about the classrooms? Are they air-conditioned?

B: No, (5) only some of them. Mine is not.

A: What don't you like most about the centre?

B: It's the time. They say the class time is from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm, but (6) in reality, classes often start late and finish early.

A: Well, everything is different from what the advertisement says. What are you going to do?

B: I am going to write a letter of complaint to the director of the centre.

      Dear Sir,

      I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to be wrose than what you say in the advertisement.

      You say that there are only native teachers, but my class has two Vietnamese teachers and only one native teacher; and that each class has no more than 20 students, but there are over 30 students in my class. In the advertisement, you say we can have free books and cassette tapes, but in reality we had to pay for them. To make the matter worse, the classroom is not air-conditioned. This is not quite acceptable. Finally, what I do not like most about your centre is the time. The class time is not the same as what the advertisement says. Classes not only start late but also finish early.

      To resolve the problem, I require you to give me a refund. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt.
