Job title: Product Development Executive (Part-time)

The right candidates:

You will show a real passion for teaching and product development, with a strong background in understanding and teaching English. This enthusiasm will motivate those around you and you will be ready to identify opportunities to develop, improve, and add value to our team as you grow with us.

Responsibilities:

– Research market find out good products and modern teaching methods

– Work with other R&D staffs, propose options and develop new products

– Continuously review and innovate the educational resources

– Profoundly understand and find the way to improve current products

– Help other members to enhance their English

– Be in charge of marking students’ speaking skills (if necessary)

– Other projects and duties deemed suitable by the Line Manager

Requirements:

– Native speakers only

– Good at working in team

– A relevant first degree

– Cambridge CELTA/Trinity Certificate or equivalent teaching qualification

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills

– Confidence using new technologies in teaching

– Flexibility and cultural awareness

– Experience working in Asia and/or a developing country
