2. Động từ nguyên thể không có to

- Sau can, could, may, might, must, needn’t, shall, should, will, and would

Ví dụ:

We could go to an English speaking club.

Susan will be away from home for a few days.

I must speak to the sales manager.

- Sau “had better” và “would rather”

Ví dụ:

It’s raining. You’d better wear a raincoat.

I’d rather listen to Jennifer Lopez than Britney Spears.

- Sau “make + túc từ” và “let + túc từ”

Ví dụ:

That play was funny. It really made me laugh a lot.

Terry will be here at noon. His boss is going to let him leave work early.

- Sau “hear/see + túc từ”

Ví dụ:

They saw the lights flash.

We all heard the bomb go off.
